Bobbie Hartpence, a 14 year veteran of the real estate industry, has joined the team at EXIT Realty Martin & Associates.A team that currently includes 13 professional Realtors serving Guthrie, Edmond, and north OKC.  EXIT agents receive the greatest training and apply to most effective systems in the business to market the sale of real estate.

A native Oklahoman, Bobbie graduated from Moore High School and then attended Oklahoma State University where she earned her degree in Merchandising/Marketing.  She worked in the retail industry in management positions then moved on to work for clothing manufacturers such as Wrangler, Carole Little, and Liz Claiborne as a Merchandise Specialist and District Manager. Bobbie began her career in real estate in 1998 specializing in single family residential and land sales and has never looked back! Her favorite part of her job is matching her clients with the perfect property and seeing the satisfaction on their face.  Bobbie earned the designation of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2003 and endeavors to continue her real estate education whenever the opportunity arises to do so. Although real estate is her full-time career Bobbie still has time to contribute to her community. She is an active volunteer at Coffee Creek Therapeutic Riding Center and volunteers annually as a Committee Chairperson for the Oklahoma City Arts Council’s Spring Festival of the Arts.  Her newest passion is co-founding O-State Equine Assisted Therapy (OSEAT) with her husband.  OSEAT provides equine assisted therapeutic activities and riding for veterans and able-bodied riding opportunities for first responders and their families at little or no charge. Bobbie and her husband reside in Guthrie on their 20 acre ranch along with all of their four-legged family members, 3 dogs and 3 horses.  They are also the proud grandparents of 7 grandchildren with one more on the way!
